Healthcare & Vital Funding
The heart of our Foundation is centered on providing crucial financial support to seniors and vulnerable adults in need. We understand the financial strains that many islanders face, from medical expenses to the costs of daily living. Through our immediate support programing, our goal is to assist with essential expenses such as healthcare, utilities, and transportation. Our program brings immediate relief in times of crisis by providing funding for emergency house cleaning, home care services, respite care, assembling a team for home repairs, and even restoring basic services like heat and running water.
Interim Care
While we can't solve the problems of every urgent circumstance, in many instances an interim solution and problem solving is a huge gift. Our goal is to stand in the gap and help clients move forward with longer-term solutions. This may be as simple as help filing an application, setting up communications with other organizations or managing an urgent daily need.
Our Process
As we are at the beginning of our effort, and because resources are limited to donations, every need is considered on a case-by-case basis. We look forward to hearing from you.
