Farhad has served Town government for 15 of his 30 years in Friday Harbor. Chair of the Planning Commission for six years, County Housing Advisory Board, Council member ,Mayor. He chairs the FH Arts Commission and serves on the County’s Housing Advisory Committee. Farhad is longtime member of the FH Soroptimists Club and Secretary of the SJ Island Sculpture Park.
